ok i dont get it why are yall so jealous and protective? my gf get's so mad when i tlk to a girl other than her for longer than an hour. like even if i go to visit my ex gf without her she gets so mad i mean it's not like we are going to kiss or anything.
and wats wrong with being good close friends with ur ex?

well, nothing's wrong...
and your gf just wants to keep you close... she's prolly insecure and for the most part, afraid of losing you to someone else. you'll just have to let her know or do something that'll remind her you're into HER and her only... not other girls. then she'll (maybe) not be as protective.
and it's also coz we know how other girls are or how they can be.... that's one of the reasons some girls get so protective over their guy. it doesn't mean she doesn't trust you... she's just afraid someone else could steal you away or distract you from what you already have...
but not ALL girls are that way... just so u know.
and that thing about being good close friends with your ex... it's common sense why that could be a problem for your current gf.. it's coz you have history with your ex... so of course she's gonna be jealous when u hang out with her. you never know if things could reconcile coz even tho the feelings might not be there any more... they "were" there before... so there's always gonna be that issue.
wouldn't you be jealous if your girlfriend confided more to her ex than to you, the guy she's with??

I'm a girl, and if I was in your girlfriend's position, I will feel jealous and protective. Your visiting your exgirlfriend and that just pisses your current girlfriend. The best is not to piss her off because she might think you are being a player and she'll dump you. If you were ever a girl, you will totally understand, but my advice to you is that she's your ex and you shouldn't be with her more than 30 minutes and only be friends with her. The girlfriend might think you don't really like her and still like your ex so don't play that kind of game...best is to stay away from your ex or don't be with her longer than 30 minutes...good luck!

well, maybe you should learn to not go out with other girls. i mean, any girl would think that. you shouldn't be talking to a girl other then her for longer then an hour, and you shouldn't be over at your ex's house either! no offense, but that gives your gf a clue that she is thinking you are cheating on her. its OK to talk to another girl and all, but don't go to their house unless your gf is with you. you can talk to other girls on the phone for a lil bit but not too too long. just be careful what you say to your friend and don't visit them.

theirs nothing wrong with being friends with ur ex but if u hide things from ur girlfriend now it will make things worse have u ever cheated on her b4 an does she talk to other guys? if u r jus friends then it doesnt matter but remember u do have a girlfriend u dont need to be talkin to alot of other girls for over an hour hunny puy urself in here shoes would u want her talking to her ex boyfriend an goin to c him wit out u or talkin to guys for over an hour?

Well how would she know if you are gonna kiss...
Im not saying you are cause you might love her but if mistakes didnt happen in this world we wouldnt be over protective..
i mean if your vising your ex why dont you take your gf along i mean you two shouldnt be talking about anything your girlfriend cant know about..
talk to her or if you really loved her you would compermise with her and settle somthing out

Well with your ex because your gf might think you still harbor feelings for her. I know my ex bf's girlfriend hates me because he spends more time with me on the phone than her. She doesn't want her heart broken she doesn't want you cheating. She may trust you but I bet you she don't trust your ex that's prob. why she gets so upset when you go see her without her. Girls get jealous because sometimes the other girl may look better than us or do something that we cant and we don't want our bfs getting attracted to that. so we get mad about it instead of dealing with it.

hey if ur gf was going to visit her ex, or flirt with other guys, how would u feel? but the way ur gf sounds, it may sound that she is a little bit sensitive. maybe she likes u so much that she doesnt want to lose u.

Wow...I can't believe you have a girlfriend when you doing all this!!! My boyfriend wouldn't talk to another girl for over an hour out of respect for me and because what if the other girl likes you and you're just fueling the fire? and geez going to your X's house with out your girl? that's a no-no remember X's are X's for a reason!!!

Well if you made them feel secure they wouldn't be jealous. Not EVERY girl is like that, just the ones that get neglected. Do a better job, and serious if she does not want you around your ex, don't go around her. Makes it look like your past is more important to you than your present.

i have the same problem with my current bf and it is becoming quite a hassle i dont care if my bf talks to chicks or goes and hang out with his exes i mean i hang out and am good friends with a lot of mine so u cant categorize all girls in that category there still are some cool ones out there it is just a matter of finding them that can be the hassle
