Not my foot but the bit just above the instep at the bottom of the shin.

When I angle my foot to press the accelerator it gets sore after about 20 mins, is something wrong or do I need to do some kind of exercise?

Does anyone else get this?

I got this when I first started driving. How long have you been driving? I think your leg muscle will get used to it after a while...I would just ignore it till it gets better.

the water pump is lubricated via ... ... WATER!!!! oops sorry.. The pumps bearing is a hollow bored interior the path of the aluminium physique with the steel impeller force shaft working through it ( a basic bearing ). the rigidity of the fan belt is against it, so that is taking various sideways thrust. meaning that if the coolant is lacking, the pump bearing would be working dry. which could bring about untimely positioned on, or worse case subject if there is a few corrosion interior the sleeve is it might grab even over a short distance. i could pull the actual radiator hose off on the engine and slop a bucket of water in so as that the bearing is a minimum of moist, then force up the ramps somewhat quickish.

Maybe your foot itself is not used to the excersize and it is simply cramping. Try to keep at it until it gets used to it.
