when i scrub it becomes red and darker(black) and it looks like its spreading more but looks a little tan than the ones around the end of my mouth.

You need to see a dermatologist asap!! Sounds like this is a mole of some sorts, or (hate to say it) a patch of skin cancer.

May be dryness. Definitely see a dermatologist.

go to a doctor now!!!! don't listen to anyone else but the doctor please go and get it checked out
