eat better. usually nutrition has a lot to do with hair falling out. Coloring it, over processing, and perming also will make hair fall out.

If you use hot water to wash your hair, you need to stop and start using warm water instead. I've read some where that women usually lose up to 100 strands a day.

Wear a hairnet?
We all loose hair all day long. 50 to 150 depending upon age and hair type. Once you notice it looks more, so stop looking.

Are you stressed at the moment? You need a B Vitamin called Biotin. You can take it in capsule form or in a shampoo. You'll find both in any good health food shop. Also try massaging your scalp when you apply conditioner to promote blood supply to the scalp.

go to the doctor. you may have something wrong with you. that was happening to me too so i went to the doctor and they ran tests on me. it turned out that i was anemic and the lack of iron in my blood was causing my hair to fall out. people are supposed to lose a certain amount of hairs a day, but if you feel like it's too much, i'd see a physician... you can never be too sure.

Improve your diet, cut down on alcohol, avoid smoky atmospheres, get enough sleep and reduce your stress levels

Don't wash your hair every day; let it dry naturally and don't brush it too much.

If you are still worried, go to your doctor.

Good luck!
