im 13 and weigh 144 lbs. i need to lose whatever weight i can fast! please tell me the fastest plan 2 do this

Eat nothing but eggs and grapefruit and drink lots and lots of water.

I don't know what the rules on in your state, but when I wrestled I used to wear two or three sweatsuits to practice and only drink juice for calories for a few days up to a tourny. You will only lose water weight but it is a decent way to cut 10 or so pounds a day or two before a match. Be careful though!

Why need to go under diet?

You said you're gonna be in wrestling so just be like Omaga or Big Show.......

If you want to lose weight just go to a gym... its faster and easier to lose weight....

eat tiny portions every 2 hours a day for a weke before your match. this will boost your metabolism and help digest fasted and not deprive you of nutrients. you need to start a week before tho. losing weight fast like that is unhealthy and not good for a wrestler.

breakfast: one slice dry wheat toast
one glass water
1 multi-vitamin
3 hard boiled egg whites

Lunch: vegetable soup

Supper: 4 oz. lean protien (tuna, skinless chicken, turkey)
salad with vinegar and oil (no dressing, cheese, or croutons.)

Don't eat 3 hours before bed time.
Don't lie down when you can sit, don't sit when you can stand, don't stand when you can walk, don't walk when you can jog, (you get the idea).

Run until your legs fall off. Try doing it with lots of heavy layers too. Especially sweats. You'll lose a LOT of weight fast.

Eat well too.
