Please explain.

I'm hoping for some really deep stuff here.

Also, maybe something pagan or shamanic.

Not really into christian movies, I like them but not looking for them at this time.

I really enjoyed Signs. It has spiritual undertones, although it may be too much of a Christian theme for your taste. It's not terribly deep, but it is thought provoking.

Being There. The last line of the movie really hit me after watching the whole thing.

Nothing against Pangel, but that movie is really filled with some wacky stuff that has been disproven time and again, like putting labels on a water jar that changes how the crystals freeze. Just try that at home, you'll see. The 1st half gives decent overview of quantum mechanics and then they have someone who thinks they can channel a 30,000 year old warrior named Ramtha or something.

Practical Magic was a good movie. Mists of Avalon, which is the story of Morgan Le Fay and King Arthur, though more from the women's points of views. It has some fantasy stuff, like waving your arms and making it rain, but the undertones of the situations themselves can be moving.

Bell Book & Candle, though a good movie, I personally don't see as representing Wicca, as the witches in the movie seem to be more bent on clever tricks, rather than being helpful.

Khartoum is a must see..a count down between two of the greatest actors of the sixties; very spiritual..bares the soul of Christianity and Muslims. Mostly factual. Don't miss it.

I loved "What the Bleep Do We Know?" and "Waking Life". Also, "Pi". And for ones with more of a story that also has a philosophical backdrop, check out "I Heart Huckabees" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind".

Enjoy! :)
