Then I guess I would be powerless to change it. If the imagination is created by me then how do I know that it is an imagination? Or better yet, how do I know that the imagination itself isn't an imagination? If I chose to do something different, how would I know that what I was doing different wasn't an imagination?

Are you on drugs? Just wondering...

If life was "an imagination created by myself" (whatever that is...), I would imagine that I wasn't imagining...and then everything would be as it is now!

I also imagine you took a very long time in thinking up this question.

Wow...I could then imagine myself a little richer, a little thinner, a little younger? Could I imagine a maid cleaning my house too? What about work? Could I imagine that I didn't need a job? Don't tell me that it is really you that created life with your imagination. If that's the case, could you imagine these things for me?

I'd eat some watermelon, some veal, some chicken,a pizza, and for dessert, a hot fudge sundae and a strawberry shake. then I'd go to Hawaii and repeat the process, then in New York, then in Canada, then in Alaska, then japan, then new zeland, then Madagascar, then Australia, and finally, I'd go to Washington DC to beat George W. Bush with a piece of piano wire.

I would read about Buddhist philosophy, which does say we create our own reality and everything is an illusion. You're not crazy...just being spurred onto learning more.
