No it is the gentic information in your genes found in the neuclus.
You see every human have different fingerprints none have the same because everyone is unique.The 23 chromozone collected from ur mother and father make up all the thing on u example;ur eyes,or ur hair texture or skin color and finger prints etc.

When you are still in your mother's womb, you kick your feet and rub your hands on the sides, creating grooves in your hands and on the bottoms of your feet. This is why no two figerprints are the same. So, Yes they are formed during pregnancy... they also have nothing to do with genetics.
