I have seen a dentist, an ENT, and a regular doctor. They gave me antibiotics, but nothing works. Also, I'm not really sure if this has anything to do with it but my eyes have been twitching a lot.

im not a DR but the metallic taste sounds like blood. You have gum problems? You dont need to see a DR, possibly try another dentist. Obviously if the problem hasnt gone away there's more to it

A metallic taste in the mouth is usually blood. I get that off and on over the years, but never see blood. My suspicion is amalgam fillings. They have mercury in them...just makes me very suspicious. Especially when dentists say they can't figure out what's wrong.
That's strange that you should say that about the eye twitching. I have the same thing and most of my mouth problems have always been on the right side as well.
Maybe someone out there can do some research on the subject.

Have you been around pesticides, or eaten unwashed, sprayed fruits or veggies? If the dentist, ENT and doctor can't find anything, it sounds as though you may have somehow or other gotten contaminated with a pesticide, and yes, that could have something to do with eye twitching. Ask your regular or the ENT doctor to refer you to someone who can check for residual pesticides in your system.

Do you have the smell all the time? Not to scare you, but I have a metallic taste and smell before I have a seizure. You might also want you doctor to give you an MRI.
Hope for the best for you!

I thought that was caused by fillings but if you have been to the dentist, I am not sure. I get that taste sometimes also.

I guess your dentist is the one you have to ask again!! Maybe a filling in your tooth is leaking... Sounds like it big time!

Sounds like you have a nasty tooth/gum/root infection. I would go to another dentist and have them x-ray your mouth.
