Okay...I live in Far North Queensland and as far as I know it is ILLEGAL to go nude on any of the beaches around here aside from two. There was a man fined only yesterday for being nude at Mission Beach about an hours south of Cairns...

The two beaches that it is legal to be nude are Nudey Beach on Fitzroy Island, which is about 40 minutes by boat from Cairns and the other is Buchans Point about 30 minutes drive north of Cairns just before Ellis Beach...

There is also a resort near Port Douglas call White Cockatoo which is a nudist resort/gay resort depending on the time of year that you go there and they do have access to a private beach where you can be nude...

Other than this it is against the law for people to expose themselves on beaches that lay along the Great Barrier Reef and belong to the Marine Parks at part of the National Parks...

There is one in Sydney called Lady Jane Beach or sometimes Lady Bay. It's smack bang on the forshores of Sydney Harbour, in full view of passing ferries and boats on the harbour.

And lol, I'm totally not a nudist. The only reason I know this is because a popular tourist footpath goes right past it and I got the shock of my life as I walked past while showing family from overseas the harbour.

Yes their are quite a few in every state, most of the more remote areas are free to drop your daks. The best I been to is Broome's (WA) Cable beach, the sand is so firm you can drive a normal car on it, its like Daytona beach but nearly every one is naked.

Honey I am Australian, and like many australians like myself, you do not need a beach to go nude. Life is to short.
