Well, why don't you let her lay on top of you with her muff up, and the other guy get on top? Plus, you could loosen her up with a pair of toys first, and then you & a toy, and then replace the toy with the 2nd guy. KY would help too.

Honestly, the technique my roommate an I first used to double vaginal penetrate our lady friend (who is also petite) was to both lay on our backs and scissor, then make our penises touch and stick straight up like one bigger penis. Our friend can squat on our penises and they both go in to her vagina quite easily. After awhile her vagina is looser and we can perform many other positions. We do a similar starting position for double anal penetration as-well.
