Use a Midnight Eyeliner I suggest the Fashin Fair Midnight Eyeliner you can get it at macy's for about 22.00.I know ,but it 's worth it then along with it get a blck long lashes water proof mascara.It will make your eyes pop and look very sexy yet elegant.When using the eyeliner place it in eyelid and not under the eye. it is not a great look when you do so it looks like bags under the eye.So stay on th lid.

You can use white eyeshadow that pops out the eyes and black or dark blue mascara does too! But eyeliner makes them pop out more ... but hope this helps!

try putting it close to the edge of your eye. but not to close. also wear dark brown mascara
not black
brown brings out color
