Who isn't !!!! Did you know that there are two types of coffee beans, robusta, which gives it that bitter taste, and arabica, a sweeter taste, but is more expensive than the former because it is grown at a higher altitude which results in a lower yeild from the plant therefore more expensive. There a over 3 BILLION CUPS of coffee drunk every day throughout the world. Sorry sorry sorry I'm rabbiting on a bit, its the caffine. Any way I digress, infact I'm off to make another cup.

Yup - you're addicted to coffee!
I'm a caffeine addict too - most people make their coffee with a spoonful of coffee then fill the rest up with water - I fill my mug up with coffee then stick a spoonful of water in.
There's hope for you though - I'm getting a lot better! A few months ago I was unable to leave the house without coffee, but now I've found I can get up, leave the house, and just about make it through an hour of work before I start running for the kettle. I've certainly come a long way since the times where I used to bypass the kettle altogether and just tip the coffee granules straight down my throat for a faster hit!
Oh, and seeing as you're putting the kettle on - mine's 3 spoons of coffee, quite milky, with no sugar ;) Cheers!

Sometimes it is just a psychological thing. I'm sure if you have very strong will power, you can quit this habit of drinking so much coffee. I only drink it about once a week, and it has nothing to do with keeping me awake, I just like the taste of it! Yes, I know many other women who drink about 3 or 4 cups of coffee during the day, there is nothing abnormal about you. However, keep in mind that so much coffee is not good for you.

Yes , we are addicted to coffee-not that it's entirely a bad thing . There are worse . I try to limit my "addiction" to one or two per day . Coffee is the one thing I do not want to risk running out of .
I have my coffee pot at one end of my kitchen ; and a "Brew & Go" coffee maker at the other end - for those days I am running out the door with a "to-go" mug . My day doesn't start without coffee either . Not that it's a bad thing .

With the small amount you say you consume I doubt that you are addicted to a dangerous degree. I drink at least 12/15 cups a day!!! sometimes more. Sorry you seem to drink instant ( put the kettle on ) The real thing is much more satisfying. I have two senseo machines, one at work and one at home. the coffe in various strengths and flavours is absolutely delicious, mmmmmm
Quick and very convenient as the coffe comes in pads for easy making and cleaning.Try it, you will be a convert :-)

Yes you are addicted to coffee. So am I. I just love it.
I am trying very hard to cut down. You do need caffeine in the morning to get you going. The downside to coffee is that it can stain your teeth and it can stop you sleeping at night. I have started to drink a lot more water and it seems to be working.

If you physically or psychologically require high caffeine levels to feel 'normal' (rather than 'high') then you are probably addicted. Look on the bright side: making and consuming coffee is far healthier than crystal meth.
Also note: with mucho caffeine your brain is liable to go into a strong beta state (i.e you will feel a bit dislocated from reality and a bit 'monged).

Sounds perfectly normal to me. I'd like a cup of your stand-up-spoon coffee right now actually.

I used to be but I kept getting headaches, I also had difficulty sleeping so I drank more alcohol, or was that because of the divorce?
I can't remember to be honest it's still all a bit hazy, when it gets less hazy I start drinking again.
