Some hypothisis that this is where hybernation first started. And if it's here now it must have been on that ark. I imagine everything ate what it had originally eatten before. The food of every living creature before the flood was any green thing that grew on the earth and every seed bearing fruit. Genesis

Two or one pair of every animal, except for the kosher ones, of which there SEVEN pairs.
The ark consisted of three levels: The top for Noah and his family, the middle one for the animals, and the bottom for all other necessities such as storage, food, supplies, and even trash disposal.

If you took 2 of every living thing on this earth-The ark would have to be the size of New Jersey.
Why can`t we find any evidence-of something that big .
We`re talking every insect ,animal, reptiles, birds whales ,porpoise's and one celled animals .
Thats a whole lot of things to feed .

Read your bible and read it carefullyy. Noah took all unclean animals according to Jewish law two by two and Noah took all animals that were considered to be clean clean according to Jewish law 7 by 7............ It is all written there for all to see the just have to be carefull how they read it.......... P.S. many people do not read the bible carefully as they should and that is just one reason why so many people error in their interpretation of what the bible states............. One more thing all the animals ate grain or what ever that was given to them but not each other that was just one of the miracles of the ark....................

dunno if he only took 2 of every animal. indeed what did the carnivores eat? for 40 days of being in a boat? not to mention how long it would take to repopulate the earth, especially enough so that eating the other species wouldnt kill it off? (so you had lions and tigers, cheetahs, wolfs, all theses meat eaters, had to at least wait till their prey reproduced enough to continue their species)

I suspect some of the animals were immature, or hibernated through the whole experience.

How about the insects? I hear there are about 900,000 species of bettle. That would be 1,800,000 bettles.

And does anybody have any idea what bettles eat? I don't!!!
