I was just wondering about this woman that I work with. She's really nice and we joke around a lot. She compliments me...a lot. Either about my clothes or skin. And lately she's always touching me. Either rubbing my arm or shoulder or playing with my earrings or something. Just a few days ago, I caught her just staring at me, in a really intense manner while she was rubbing her neck/playing with her hair. Today, I was waiting for a kid that I work with to come out of the bathroom (I work at a school with special education kids), and she comes out and just gives me this sticker that says "you are wonderful". For no reason. But then other times she acts like she does with everyone else, or won't talk to me that much. She's much older than me, married, and has 2 kids (Grown up now). I'm just kind of confused. What do you think is going on?

She might possibly have an interest in you (and not want to admit it, either to you or herself) or... she might just have a motherly thing for you, and feel close to you in that way only. Just give it time, and see what happens. Don't feel threatened either way... she sounds nice, and there's no cause for alarm.

Either you remind her of someone, and she is comparing you to that person, or Maybe She's a little bored at home and wants a fling, Maybe she's a little hornier on some days than others.

Well the first question is are you gay becuaes if thatwas me I woul d ask do you thing a gay women trying to hit o me. But if you not you need to tell her straight up that you are straight and only date males and if she doesn't seem to understand that stay away from her as possible.

Sounds to me like she has an interest. Physical contact usually means just that.

i know I'm a guy and i had a gay Friend come on to me
he asked me and i said no
but we are friends but he doesn't act gay around me anymore
My point is ask her if she likes you and if she says yes ,.Say i dont like you(love)And maybe she might act normal all the time
If she doesn't just tell her to stop and stop acting that way around you
