if you have good bone structure get a perm, curly hair that's frizzy and you don't like relax it, blow dry it, get curls of crimples(zigzags.) color it non- permanent if you want. get a short hair cut, extensions or in braids. If you have short hair get a cool wig and trick people well that's all i can think of glad I could help!!!!

long hair tossel it a little but keep it down lokks best casual and all like omg i am going to a sweet 16 i am so excited i need to look like i am going to a prom
