your doctor could give you vouchers to save money, you could go to a generic statin plus zetia as an aceptable equivalent, or you could try to look for the canadian pharmacies that send medicines cheaper, but first try to call your insurance and ask them for prior authorisation, good luck

They have a "Patient Assistance Program" these programs can get you your medicine at a reduced or no cost to you. (I have had to do this myself on other medications) to see if you qualify call this number that I got from the official site. 1-800-347-7503.
Or go to the site http://www.vytorin.com/ezetimibe_simvastatin/vytorin/consumer/index.jsp and on the bottom of the page in red second line you will see the link for the program. But it will only give you a pop up and the above number.

They will be expensive everywhere because of the patent that the drug company has.
