Approach Leeds Castle, Chilstone Manor near Maidstone or Eastwell Manor near Ashford (all in Kent) and ask. I have a feeling it is possible there. Very expensive, though!

I don't think you can legally get married outside in the UK- that's what I was told when I looked into it at Christmas, but I was also told that the law might change, please let me know if you know that it has, I would love it to in time for August! The place you get married has to have a permanant structure with an address in order, I think, for letters to be sent if anyone has any 'issues' with the partnership! We chose a venue with a nice outside space we can use after the wedding, weather permitting. However you might be able to find a venue with a brick/ stone type open air structure where you could marry, I know that in Clivedon, Bucks/ berks (?) this is done as I have seen it decorated in aniticipation of a ceremony.
Good luck and have a fabulous day!

well basically nowadays you can be married any where you wish the venue to be so if she can plan it to be an open air event then it is possible recentley we had one happen on a small train in a local yorkshire park , it was where the couple had there first date , and decided to make it there wedign venue, all you have to do is book the meeting with the registrar and the minister and mention the venue at the meeting so the registrar can post the weddign bands of the intented date , a weddign planner can arrange any sort of venue for you . but if you wish to arrange this your self then give your self plenty of head start as a lot of co-ordination of people will be needed . people with large gardens plan out door events all the time hear in uk .and it is your daughters day after all and if its what she wishes then go for it

Can you get married outside now? When i was arranging my wedding i wanted an outside wedding but it was not considered legal to be wed outside, only as like a blessing so we opted for a church instead. (UK only though i know you can outside the UK)
Just double check on that, cos that sounds lovely and something i would love to do in the future.
Good Luck.
