You probably will get something someday. Your hormones and other physical biology change as you age, and you'll start to notice your own personal period symptoms.
I got cramps before my first, but then I never had them again until I was 19, and now I get it all: PMS, tenderness, tissue and muscle pain, fatigue, cramps, and fat puffy everything. Keep a calendar and you'll probably figure out that you have some other sign, like moodiness the week before, or sensitive/broken-out skin, or breast tenderness or something. It's not all about cramps.

I am 35 years old. I started having PMS cramps about 3 years ago. Believe me, you don't want them. I have had cramps so bad that I thought I was having labor pains. My back gets so tight and I feel like I'm going to throw up from the pain. Your time will come. I was like you when I was your age.

You are one of the few lucky ones. Many women get them as their body goes through the cycle. They hurt like nothing in the world. Be totally supportive of your friends. They aren't making this up. It is for real. You are just really fortunate not to have them. It may get worse as you get older or after you have a baby but then again you may always have it easy. Hope you do.
Good question.

I didn't get cramps at your age. But I do now, 10 years on. A woman's body changes over time. You might be lucky and escape them.

I think it's different for every woman. I never had cramps until I was in my 30s. When I was younger, I used to get lower back pain during my period, but now I don't. Also, I never had boob pain until a couple years ago. So, I think our bodies evolve and we have different symptoms during different times of our womanhood.

Not everyone gets cramps. It all depends on your genetics. It's just a part of life. Some people get PMS, and some people don't. Be thankful you don't and move on.
