i think you should have already, if you have been dating for a year (or two? which is it?) either way, that is such a long time to date without making love. you should do it now

I feel as if the best time is when you and your boyfriend are confortable at the place and you too are feeling each other hormones rising if you don't thing you ready don't atempt to do anything because one day you may regret it, their is a such thing as rite time, rite palce, and rite moment you two just have to find it, good luck and when you do decide hope you two enjoy it(lol)

When you're both in the mood at the same time -- and aren't likely to be interrupted by unexpected visitors.
Just let a petting session get started and see how you both feel. There's nothing in the Constitution (I looked) that says you have to go all the way when either of you aren't ready.

There is no "best" time. If you both feel comfortable with it, then it's your judgement. I would suggest talking about it with him and seeing if he feels the same way. If you're both of age then two consenting adults can do as they feel.

Nobody can really tell you when, it is absolutely up to you... Whenever you feel ready it will be okay. If your boyfriend is pushing you to do it, don't give in. If he REALLY loves you he'll understand it is your body and your decision.

If you are old enough and responsible enough to use protection then you should go for it. These prudes that tell you to wait till marriage are sad. If you feel strongly for your boyfriend and he does for you then why not, it is just sex and not worth throwing away your future over (kids and disease) but not something to really stress over either. It feels really good so I say go for it.

NOW!!!!!!!!! just ask him to come to your house and wait for him naked on your bed, but tell him that if he realy wants you he will have to prepare you, then make him give you oral ( thats what you would mean by "prepare") Then put your knees on the edge of your bed facing down so that you are in a "doggy" position and tell him to go for it. Do use a condom though

My advice to you is...if you love your boyfriend, don't have sex with him. It will GUARANTEED ruin your relationship...maybe not now but soon.
If yo uwait, it will keep him interested longer and he will have that prize at the end of the long road to look forward too...
