can someone please give me some simple and effective home exercises so that i can loose some weight???

Look for ways to keep active. Simple around the house chores really can burn a lot of calories. For instance, vacuuming, gardening, walking the dog, etc. are all great ways to get a little sweat going and burn some extra calories.

If you are adventerous, grab a pair of trail shoes and go for a hike / walk. Get a bicycle out and go for a spin. There are probably plenty of places to check out in your neighborhood.

You may also want to consider purchasing a set of dumbbells. You can probably find a nice set for around $40 - $50 at WalMart. You'll be able to get a nice workout.

In short, look for ways to be active. Paying for maid service? Dump it. Lawn service? Do it yourself...

You do also have to pay attention to what you eat. All exercise and still hitting the buffet lines will not stall your progress. You may find it helpful to track your calorie intake / expenditures at http://www.fitday.com. It's free and easy.

Finally be patient. Weight loss does't occur overnight. Follow good dietary principles and keep moving and the weight will come off. Bottom line, though, find an activity that you enjoy.

The best way to loose some weight is a cardio workout for at least 45 mins at least 3x a week.
You could get an excersize dvd, or go running, or get a hometrainer, stepper or cross trainer. Or buy a skipping rope.

you cant loose weight just by sports, you have to have a low cal diet as well.
