can someone please give me some simple home exercises so that i can loose weight????

It can be as simple as walking 30 - 60 minutes a day. The bottom line is - - - JUST DO IT. You can also easily do step aerobics in your home. Go to your local library and rent an exercise video and try and follow their guidance.

Take your dog for a walk. If you don't have one, adopt one from the pound. My husband lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks by eating cereal for breakfast instead of eggs and walking our dog in the evenings after work.

Aerobics, a stationary bike or Treadmill. 20+ minute sessions at the proper pulse rate.
