Yes, at 16 you can't understand things the way they are because of the Testosterone that all people have running through them. From puberty till age 25 it increases, at your peek of sexual prowess! Then it slowly decreases as you get older. You probably have feelings of competitiveness with your parents, your brothers and sisters. Your need to be right or seen as right all the time. You want to socialize with your friends and only the people that you decide are your friends. Then you have to criticize everyone else that is not up to your standards.
Relax as much as you can and just get by until your old enough to get out own your own. Chance are you really aren't experiencing life the way it is, and you probably won't until your an adult. Sometimes that means leaving when your 18 or so, sometimes it means when you have access to the family car....
Do anything to get out of where you are!
Join a club that meets at night! Start going to church! Anyway!
Find a way to make new friends!
Don't give up on life until you try everthing!

Yes, your body is going thru a lot of changes. You need to find someone you close to and talk to them. There is alot to live for your young. There are ppl out there that care about you. Life gets rough at the teenage stage. But it will get better as time goes on. My son went thru a really hard time. He did not have to many friends and he thought everyone hated him and things. I do not know your life history but. I can say this. It might help you is to do some volunteer work and help others. Helping others makes one feel good on the inside. It helped him alot. He has a better out look on life now. He is now 17. And he has made some really nice friends thru doing this also. My teenagers are now helping with youth group in the church. They have church camp every summer and they make friends thru going to that. There is alot out there that can help. Keep your chin up and my prayers are with you.

Pretty normal feelings you dont need to give up there are many people who care about you find someone you feel comfortable talking to or maybe find someone that needs help in your neighborhood doing for others such as random acts of kindness are great food for the soul. Reach out and find someone to talk to. You can make it through anything with help of others.

yes. just wait a few years, everything will be totally different, nothing like you think it will be. everything gets better in time. when i was 16 i was suicidal, living in mass with no friends and fighting with my family to the point where we would get the cops called on us to break up the fights. im 19 now, living in Ohio with the greatest guy ever, i have a great job, going back to school, and my mom went from my worst enemy to my best friend. things change, don't give up, ride it out and everything will get better. hang in there!

being frustrated or miserable or angry or depressed or confused or sad ..etc...is normal at your age..BUT giving up on life is not normal for your age!! try finding someone you like and know and trust to talk to..if you don't have anyone like that maybe a guidance councilor or kids help line..it sounds to me that you need to talk to someone soon..get some things off your chest..it might make you feel better..not in one day but gradually in time..don't give up on your young life yet!!!!
