Yup.. and the baby is coughing all the time, they just found out it has asthma already it's only a few months along. She smokes cigs and pot around it still, it's like she doesn't even care.

I usually mind my own business, I don't care what people do but when it hurts an innocent child it's a different story. What can I do? I already talked to her and she said, my baby my rules..

Call child protective services. They will send someone out right away and do a follow-up investigation.

I've actually seen this happen REPEATEDLY. It's sooo sad because the only one who suffers is the child. Where I live though, the Department of Family Services won't act on it unless you have witnessed it. I believe the reason for this is because they are booked to the max. But, I would definitely try to call someone in law enforcement because that child deserves much more than being forced to be around all of that toxic smoke.

I say contact social services. You are right to mind your own business BUT a human life is at stake. That mother doesn't deserve that baby. If what she does is causing health problems and she doesn't care then she is an unfit parent and I would call asap. It is the right thing to do

I'd call child protective services right away. a woman like that obviously does not have the maturity and responsiblity to care for herself, let alone a baby.

Turn her in to Dept of Human services. I normally mind my own business too..but when it comes to an innocent child's welfare then I can't.

Yes, I would call the child service and report her. You don't have to give your name and no one would know but you.
