They can and they do. They are free to charge what they want and you are free to buy or not.

The Cobalt is not something that I would pay an upcharge on. Wait a few months and they will be discounted. I would not buy from a dealer that charges more than sticker.

It depends on what you let the dealer get away with when you are negotiating the price.........talk the beotch down!!!
