What does it mean the God will sing over you with a loud voice?

Zephaniah 3:17
The LORD your God is in your midst,a mighty one who will save;he will rejoice over you with gladness;he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

The Lord will exult over His people with gladness and song. How wonderful!

It means just that my friend.
GOD doesn't only sing over us with singing He rejoices over us with singing, He loves us so much that our very existence make Him want to sing.
Good scripture by the way, one of my favorites.
