Absolutely NOT. Unless it was like the railway killer, who was recently put to death because he crossed illegally several times and killed several people. Then, I believe the U.S has the right to exercise full punishment on a foreign national. The punishment must fit the crime. Make it easier to come legally, but at the same time, enact laws so that those who cross illegally will never be eligible for citizenship or a future visa. A grace period should be allowed for those already here to either fix the problem or return home. Those who do not will be recorded and deported. Make the legal channel the ONLY channel.

I wouldn't think that a death-penalty is neccescary, but a lawful checking of legitimate citizenship is. Now as long as that check also leads to deportation, and registration for not allowing them to re-enter the country without being duefully detained and prosecuted for illegal entry and economic leeching.

Amnesty is a load of crap, there should be no amnesty for those who don't have papers. Illegal aliens should be prosecuted to the full extent of American law, and subjected to immediate deportation.

Sure, I'd be up for capital punishment.

A bullet has got to cost less than the price of deportation.

Besides, with 17 kids per illegal family it's not like we're gonna run out.

We should have the US Army practice war games on the border, with actual live targets.

No. Assuming that they have commited no crime other than crossing the border illegally, they should simply deported. If they want to wait in line to reenter the country legally than they can go to the back of the line.

We have different penalties for different crimes. But I bet if you ask the family of the Police Officer who was just killed by illegals or those four young girls that were raped by illegals that should not of been here in the first place I bet their opinion would be different then most peoples.Their lives were shattered by people who should not of been here in the first place.

For those who have come here and killed someone - yes.

And for the record, I think crossing the border illegally is right on up there with rapists and murderers. Why? because these people can't be profiled - so no one knows what they're capable of. And if you believe the fact that they all just come here for "work" - you're wrong.

There were 1,200 illegals arrested for SEXUAL ASSAULTS - - Not to mention the thousands that have committed murder against our citizens and the police officers who are trying to protect YOU and the rest of us.
