Hmm... Depends on the type of work out. If your really in shape maybe you could do a few thumb exercises on the couch without breaking a sweat, but that may be pushing it to. Sorry love, but your stuck with the bad hair day.

Sweating is the body's technique to regulate your temperature. Other mammals that do not sweat use other techniques to keep themselves cool, panting for example.
Once you do any strenuous exercise you will produce sweat. Sweating also aid the body to stay healthy as some impurity do pass through the (sweat) pores in your skin(scalp included)
So, your question should be ,Why do I w/o?
I 'm sure you have very good reasons, and I am sure none have to do with how your hair looks.
This is just one of those thing you will have to live with, if you continue to w/o.

You are going to sweat. It's what we do when we start performing physical work, expending energy. Energy = heat. The body sweats to keep from overheating. It's healthy. It's natural.

Be proud of yourself for exercising; something more of us really need to do. Work. Sweat. Shower. Wash your hair. Have a long healthy life. Pretty simple.

No luck sorry. If you sweat..you sweat. Some people sweat more/less than others, it just depends. It's your body's cooling mechanism.

Hi Chrissy!

You need to keep yourself cool. Some strategies to do this are: drink cool water, dress in layers and shed them as you get warm. Also know that the lower your heart rate, the lower your heat generated. However, know that you will burn calories less efficiently if you don't raise your heart rate.

Another option, it to workout in the morning and then shower afterwards.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

Not sweating is like not pooping and peeing. Your body sweats bad crap out of your system as well as to cool you off. You should let your body do what it needs to do, its pretty smart.

You can't--you'd overheat or get heatstroke, or just die because the poisonous wastes in the sweat can't get out. Wear one of those headband things, put your hair in a ponytail or bun, etc.

You would't want to, sweating is how your body cools down, if you didn't sweat you'd probably have heat stroke.
