I'm a Hispanic male with oily skin, about to turn 30 :(, and for some reason my I'm still getting zits and breaking out. I think it must be the facial soap that I use (typical cleanser). Anyhoo...what are some good soaps, cleansers or regimens that I should use to clear my breakouts?

Thanks!

1) Do you by any chance live near a beach? A friend of mine said he cleared up his face with salt water. 2) I've heard lemon helps. (Cut the lemon in half. Rub it on your face.) 3) Some of the hispanic foods are oily and spicy. If you're really serious about this, you could, one at a time, stop some of the foods you are eating until something changes and you find the culprit. Or, go the other way and eat lots and lots of greens and drink water. 4) For myself, since I started washing my face with milk of magnesia morning and night it looks fantastic!

Use a lemon based soap and if ur skin is very oily, facewash everytime ur skin begins to show a bit too much shine.

I recommend Arbonne. They have a Men's Line that is great!
They also have an acne line that works wonders.
