DON'T SQUEEZE IT. Keep the spot clean and detox by eating your five-a-day fruit and veg and drinking plenty of water.
Try a 3-in-1 medicated wash before carrying out your make-up routine. and dont use too mch make-up.
wash your face with an oil control face wash .. and wash your face frequently to keep the extra oil out.. at the same time dont wash sooo much that your dry your skin out!! if you have a couple of nasty zits.. try toothpase.. it might sound stupid.. but..apply some toothpaste on your zit bfore you sleep and when you wake up in the morning it will look much better.. toothpaste reduces redness of the pimple and dries it out! You can also dab Tea Tree Oil on the spots..! You can also try pimple zapping products available in the market.. try.. clean & clear ( thay have some good oil control skin caare products)..Clearasil is good too.. and Do try Proactive IT WORKS!!! If this stuff doesnt help you try going to a skin specialist! All the Best!

Proactive skin care system works well. If you've tried multiple cleaners but are not seeing results you should visit a Dermatologist. I have had trouble with Acne for years and an over the counter product usually does not work alone for me so you may need an Rx. But if your still looking for over the Counter I've tried proactive and if you use the entire skin care system, I think you will see results. You may also want to try Johnson & Johnson Purpose Soap; it is not harsh or oily. Sometimes over the counter cleaners have too much going on and it will aggrivate your skin more.

Well, I went into a doctor's office and made an appointment. She perscribed me Benza Clin. I haven't had a single pimple ever since, and I've been using it for about 1 year and a few months.
If you have health insurance, chances are you will be getting it for free. Most insurance companies cover the cost. If not, it isn't expensive at all. I'm pretty sure you can manage the cost.

You'll want to use something with salicylic acid. It's the best way to truly clean the skin and help clear up acne. It doesn't burn and it's not drying.
Arbonne has an acne line called Clear Advantage. It contains a wash, toner and lotion. The wash and lotion both contain salicylic acid.

Something containing Salicylic acid. Sounds harsh, but it really isn't. In fact it is the gentlest beta-hydoxy acid you can get.
also, try to exfoliate regulary. This will help to clear out the pores.

The best ones I've used are:
-Clearisil. (it's a bit drying. dont use it if u have dry or sensitive skin)
-pro active (works, but smells funny)
-biore (it's got salicyc acid. works real well)
