Darker skin tones go best with dark hair but not too dark. When you have pale skin or really dark skin, dark hair washes you out and draws attention. Dark hair is best left for people with brown skin...

Black hair goes with really any skin tone. I have seen a girl who was pasty white and had jet black hair-she was gorgeous. Olive and darker skinned girls examples:ethnic women-gorgeous.

I would have to say darker ones. Lighter skin tones I'm not sure. Well good luck!!! but this is just my opinion you do whatever you want to do and if anyone tells you it looks bad the you just tell them to **** off. Bye Bye!

really show up because of the comparison
to the black hair, but that could look stunning.

if you are white then pale is best..... you don't want dark hair and dark skin it will wash you out... and for blondes you want darker skin
