I need a way to loose wieght from certain areas without using pills or and thing like that.

Drink A LOT of water. You should drink the equivalent of half of your body weight in fluid ounces of water each day. For example if you weigh 140 lbs, you should drink 70 fluid ounces of water each day. Roughly 5 - 6 bottle of water (12 oz.) The less water you drink the more water your body retains which makes you more bloated throughout your body.

Fast for a few days. Don't eat anything only drink juices , herbal teas with lemon,water, may be some protein powder, but no coffee or other junk. Is is also good for a good colon cleans. But don't do it too long without checking with your doctor. Break the fast slowly. Take as long as the fast was itself. And then change your diet. Eat as much as possible natural, less meat, a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid anything chemically, artificial. Eat whole wheats, food as close to their natural state as possible.It at least 30 -50% raw foods.Organic if possible.Avoid white sugar.( Sweeten with natural substitutes: honey, mapelsirup, Stevia, but NOT artificial sweeteners. For a quick fix try the steak and water diet. Lots of water, and a little steak... the pounds just fall off. Not a long term fix though. I learned this from my brother when he was playing football and trying to make weight.

PS. You'll drop about 10 pounds in just 2 days.

Just eat fresh fruits & vegetables every day and drink only water. Don't snack on potato chips. If you get kind of hungry...drink 8 oz of water and if you're still hungry in 10 minutes, eat an apple or something.

With only a couple of days to work with the most you can expect is to lose water weight. Sometimes you can lose an easy 5 lbs from a good enema.

The fist problem is that you cannot spot reduce. When you lose weight, it comes off all over.

Burn more calories than you take in and you will lose weight. Might not lose anything in a couple days, though.

It is extremely dangerous to even attempt to lose more than a few pounds a week.... But really you would have to crash diet/excercise or gain a eating disorder... I suggest you don't attempt this you will get sick and regret it.

well...you cant lose weight from just certian areas....if you want to drop weight quick just cut fat and carbs out of your diet for 2 weeks and do light exercize.......you should drop about 10 lbs in 2 weeks...even though this isnt the most healthy way...it does work and you still can eat thinks like chicken salads with fat free dressing
