Sorry, can't happen, it is a complete gutting out of reproductive parts, nothing left to even fix. By the way I have a boxer too, he still has his transmission and I am sure he'd love to try it out. Consider getting a puppy, I can recommend some good breeders.

There are actually 2 ways of spaying a female, but in both cases the answer is no.

The only way would spend around 10K to have a vet surgeon take the reproductive system from a donor of the same species (one that recently passed on), and attach in dog's womb. But that is not even 100%, maybe 30%.

No, absolutely not. When they spay a dog they take out everything: ovaries, uterus. There is nothing left to make babies.

:)....No,...You can not reverse this at all. They remove the Ovaries in this surgery. Boxer puppies are a whole lotta fun,...maybe you should go to a rescue agency and save a wonderful animal!!

No, it can not be reversed. They remove the uterus just like a hysterectomy in a person.

no they take out everything for her reproductive system , much like a woman getting a complete hysterectomy. Try boxer rescue if you would like more pups.
