we are planning to visit switzerland on 25th of october for a 5 day long trip.
want to know about the weather at this time of the year.
and also want to know if any tourist attractions will be closed at that time.

It should be lovely at that time of year, with the subtle colours of autumn. It will be turning a little chilly, but not too much so and everything you want should be open and accessible. In fact, that is good weather for a good fondue or raclette (their culinary specialities). When I first went to live in Geneva, it was just that time of year, which is why it is all so clearly imprinted on my memory. Have a really good trip!
