1st of all never put your prices on things...you will be stuck with them if you change your prices...besides you want people to call and book appointments...you could do a double sided busisness card with your information on one side and their appointment on the other like the DR. office does...go to google and type in busisness cards printed and their will be several links you could use to order online...good luck

Try overnightprints.com. They produce really nice double sided cards, have lots of industry-specific templates to work from, and they are less expensive than most of the other business card printers out there. I am delighted with the 4-color double sided cards I got from them and have reordered several times, getting excellent quality each time.
If you're going to write on the cards, don't get the special coating. The gloss looks great but is a real pain to write on.
(Now if they only did bookmarks!)

for that kind of stuff i used vistaprint. The print quality goes down around Christmastime, beware.
