My parents took away my phone and i want it back. I paid for it, the phone is under my name and i pay for the plan. What legal means can i pursue to reacquire my phone?

how old are you? If you are over 18 you can take them to court to get it back but you are under 18 i would not push it i don't think anyone would side with you i am sure they had a good reason to take it from you.

Instead of using legal means, why don't you earn trust from your parents by being obedient to their wishes. So, you paid for the phone. Do you also pay room and board to your parents? Do they provide you with health care, education, transportation, clothing, shelter, entertainment, etc? Move out and get your phone back, but remember a cell phone doesn't put out too much heat on a cold winter night.

none, under the law, you the child are viewed as parrents property
( thats not a joke, I am have been in adoption classes so I can adopt)
( assuming you are under 18)
but personally,
even if there was,
don't you think that would upset your parrents, and make them punish you in more pronounced ways?
I mean, if a dog bites you, you let well enough alone, you don't try to bop it on the nose.

Unfortunately, you live in a society that largely treats those under 18 as the property of their parents. Legally, you can't own anything. You're ******.
