You might lose up to 4-6 pounds and then that would be it. You need something like what I am taking called Stack Body Tune Up. I have lost 35 pounds since July 15, 2006.

So they say. But not to be taken just to lose weight. Can be harmful for that purpose. They are mostly given to women who suffer from severe bloating during before their monthly period or after. I used to take them for that reason only. Had it so bad i could not breath. I don't take them anymore.

Technically yes, buy all you are shedding is the weight of the water itself, not fat. so you will weigh less.

Only if you are retaining water. They do nothing for fat.

Face it, you are going to have to eat right and exercise.

just water weight...your just pee more for a few hours..but then youll gain it back when you drink more water or eat too much salt
