You need to get rid of fat and tone the muscles.
-Eat less fat and sugar and drink more water.
-Spread your eating out over 5-6 meals in a day.
-Do 20+ minutes of cardio before breakfast every morning.
-Work out with weights every other day.
-Drink green tea and take a multi-vitamin every day.
-Do crunches and various stomach exercises every other day.
-Do stomach vacuums (google it if you don't know).
-Be consistent!

Me, too, and it's really annoying. I went to a one woman act with Shirley McClaine years ago and she said if she eats even an olive, she gets a poochy stomach. I've heard of having it cut off like slabs of bacon, but that's drastic. So is liposuction, which doesn't always affect the belly. I just don't wear tight clothes.

Its hereditary I think. My mom, me, and my sister all had it even though we were slim and fit. I would recommend toning your muscles concentrating on your abdomen. Do a web search for exercises routines to find the one that will fit your lifestyle best.

i wouldnt worry about it. I was the same way. If you are absolutely worried about it though the only thing I can really tell you is to start doing crunches.
