i know how u feel, but you cant tell him you like him he might think 'just because i talk to her it doesnt mean i like her', wait till he gives you more signs because you dont want to look bad, you just flirt with him and do ur thing and he wont be able to hold the fact that he likes in any longer! good luck!

theres nothing wrong with telling him. personally, i would hang around him alot and flirt to let him know you are interested and wait for him to make the first move... although i've read that most guys really appreciate it when a girl makes the first move!
