i'm having trouble not crying. i just want to let my feelings out so they're gon. it's just not coming.

Think of something that touches your emotions very deeply, especially if it is somehow connected to the thing that you need to cry about. Crying is very healthy. Some people do have a lot of trouble crying, and they usually wish they could cry more easily. Perhaps you have been influenced in some way to think that you shouldn't cry. You may not even be aware of that influence. But if you feel deeply and think about something that means a lot to you in relation to the subject of your tears, you will be able to let out the emotions you feel and deal honestly with your pain. Crying can be very therapeutic and cleansing.

you mean ur having trouble letting out how u feel? i'm not a shrink so i would have to say that if ur trying to cry to let it all out then think of the thing that makes you cry the most then let out the others while you let that out. dont know if that will help but hope it does. ~Unknown

think of the saddest things that happened to you,or put some sad music on ,im sure the tears will come.cry baby -cry.from mikhal in israel.

what I do is look in a very bright area or think of some deaths that have happend or go online

U can't make urself cry.....sometimes i think i'm gonna cry, & i can't. just happens sometime. GooD LucK
