Because the Bible has been around longer and has had more time to get screwed up. The gold standard for the Hebrew Bible, the Masoretic Text, dates only from the 11th Century. The oldest surviving Greek New Testament only dates from the 4th Century, and some Christians prefer a 12th Century translation. There are differences, mostly very minor, but for a literalist, any discrepancy is a blow against inerrancy.
Muslims don't even acknowledge the inspiration of translations. To get it right, you have to go to the Arabic. They have a point. (Mormons make the same argument for their original "translation", conveniently in Shakespearian English.)
Of course, the real argument for Bible tampering is the fact that it doesn't agree with Islamic theology. But then, EVERYBODY uses THAT argument.

Well, translations change and change and change just as our languages evolve. Once when English was spoken, it was in the beautiful eloquence of Shakespearean English. Now there are a large percent of the English-speaking population that can't understand the Shakespearean style because it is no longer spoken. Unfortunately there are no remaining Bibles it the original form and language. Many say that there are still Greek bibles, however Jesus himself spoke Aramaic. And just as there are many different translations of the Bible, there are also a growing number of translations of the Quran. This is precisely why every Muslim is urged to learn the Quranic Arabic. Even Arabic speaking Muslims, as the traditional Arabic of the Quran is no longer spoken regularly outside of religious matters. We were warned of what happened to the Bible so that we could take great steps to prevent the same from happening to the Quran. The Arabic Quran never changes, and there are three original manuscripts remaining to compare with the modern printed Qurans if there is ever any doubt.
Hope it helps.

Because the Bible was written by many people across a vast land area and timeline. Anyone could claim that they were speaking through God; how many people do that today? Also, how many times has the Christian religion been changed? Where did he Pope come from and how was he allowed to alter religion? Originally Christians weren't allowed to eat pork, drink alcohol, or even take/make loans. In Islam the Quran has remained the same, and only recently was it allowed to be translated. It is greatly wrong to say incorrect information regarding the Quran, even if it is a small guess.

we've self thought indoors the three books, The Quran, The Bible, and the Tourah. We in basic terms have self thought that the Christians have replaced the writing of the Bible and the Jews did an comparable with the Tourah.

It is not only Muslims, lots of rational people believe that Bible has severe contradictions which clearly state that it has been altered, changed and distorted. Like the concept of trinity, it was added to Bible by the later saints long after Jesus dissapeared.
But Qur'an was never changed even a single letter. It is still as it was revealed to prophet Muhammad (pbuh). This is also a miracle of Qur'an.
[15:9] We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption).

because for one, the bible has been translated from hebrew into almost every language in the world. things get lost during translation, its just the way languages go. some words cant be expressed in other languages. the quran i think has always been written and read in arabic. thus nothing is lost in reading it.
they also believe that muhammed was the last prophet of god that brought on the final pure religious revelation. thus islam is the(according to them) purest religion, and probably the most misunderstood religion of them all.

Bible was already proven to be corrupted .. new versions contain many corrections .. there are many contradictions among gospels
Qura'n was always memorized by people
[29:49] Nay, here are Signs self evident in the hearts of those endowed with knowledge: and none but the unjust reject Our Signs.
[15:9] We have, without doubt, sent down the message; and we will assuredly guard it (from corruption).
