How funny you should ask. The priest at my church once told us a story about a friend of his in the Secret Service.
This guy (I'll call him Bob) was in NY as part of an assignment, following some ambassador around. Well the ambassador leaves and Bob has the rest of the day before he has to travel back to DC. He decides to attend St. Pat's for mass. Since he's dressed nicer then the tourists, he's asked to help with the collection plate.
So, he takes the collection plate around and notices he's getting tens and twenties. Curious, he wonders why. Then he realizes that his jacket opens when he leans over to pass the plate and his gun can be seen.
True story.

Definately the tithe input will increase spontaneously and at that moment at that time . Why ? The congregation will be terrified that they are about to loose their lifes and thus will surrender all they do have in their pockets . If the tithe was !0% of your earned salary you sure will get 20-30% of it from each individual on average since not all travel with all their earned income .
Come the following Sunday/Sunday Church time the word of "Gun point tithe" would have spread like wild fire in the village and only the homeless people wilding their Guns will make up 100% of the congregation and from their background there wont be any tithe in the Plate.
Your next strategy would be to follow the people back into their homes and frog march them to Church and at that point i say to you welcome to African Politics , thats how we Govern . Good question mate

Homeless people in the church would make me run outside to protect my clean car windshield.

Possibly.
But would people who get threatened with eternal damnation every weekend really be scared of a mere gun?

If you have nothing to say, try 'not saying' it.
