I respect it but it's starting to get annoyed she talks about all the time day and night and how the world is going to end

This does get annoying even if you are a Christian. Sometimes people try to be pleasing to God and talk about him 24/7. They think they are doing everyone a favor warning everyone, but soon after nobody really cares. Just tell your friend you appreciate her warning and truly respect her and how she would care about you to tell you something like this. Than say that 1 time was enough though, and she doesn't have to keep telling you this. She will probably listen and maybe even be offended, but if she is a friend worth keeping she'll stop.

Tell her that you respect that she loves Jesus and that you respect her religion, but you don't have to hear about it everytime you all are together. If she respects you and your feelings at all she will listen. If she doesn't, just turn around and walk off. She will get the message one way or another.

Get a new friend. This one is obsessed, and will be of no use to you if she can't talk about anything else.

Tell her to STFU. A true Christian, following in Christ's footsteps, does not have to advertise their beliefs in order to impress others. If you are content in your beliefs you do not have to justify them by forcing them on others.
