Hi! Just find a church you enjoy, and then approach the Music Director afterward and let him/her know you are interested in participating in Choir. He/she will then let you know when to be there for practice.

I should think you would have to believe what the Church was teaching as a choir member should be looked up to by the congregation as being part of the Liturgy ministry. It would set a bad example for the rest of the people if someone were to have a place in the Liturgy and not even believe it. All the songs you would be singing would be like a lie

Most church choirs are crying for people to sing in them. Just go. However are you sure your motive for going is the right one?

Most churches will let you sing with them however they usually prefer you to be a member. Talk to the director of music at the church in question.

They are always looking for people to sing in our Parish.
You would not have to be Catholic to sing!
Just show up and ask for the Choir director!
Good Job using the gifts God gave you!

Depends on the church. Most times they have open "auditions" or just a sign up sheet. Ask for the music ministry. They'll know.

Probably depends on what church/denomination.
Just ask the Minister, Priest, Rabbi, or organ director.

See the choir director, you may be auditioned but if you can carry a tune in a bucket, you're in.

Depends on your church. In mine, I had the worship team leader come up to me and ask me to join at one time.
