Definately take a nap!! Energy drinks and coffee will eventually wear off and you will end up crashing. With a nap you will energize yourself for a longer period of time and you won't crash.

I say take a power nap- about15- 30 min. then get up and drink coffee/ energy drink.
sleeping more than 30 min could cause you to fall into a deep sleep that would only make you more tired.

try to exercise to gain some energy if u take a nap theres a chace u might not wake up on time n coffee is not good for u

It all really depends on how you feel or how long you shift is. If you're tired then take a nap!!! If you're perfectly fine then drink an energy drink because you'll eventually get tired!

iT depends... if you take a nap will you be more tired when you wake up (i would be). if not- take a nap- always a a better option than drinking caffiene.... but if you'll be more tired then jsut suck down that coffee to save your life

20 minute power nap, anything longer than that will make you more tired
