Oh I forgot that part of question.. Sending kids to study in America... Visit www.americancouncils.com so You make sure that that isn't something illegal (if that's the speling)

I don't understand your question. If it is about some evil American program of abducting Serbian kids, then please tell me more about it. If you are a Serb who want to send your children to America-then why should you expose your own children to false and destructive propaganda. Unless you are connected to some shameless Otpor thugs, in the case of which I have nothing to talk to you about.
