part 2 of my question before. some of the people that were answering were saying my friend was fat. my friend does not look fat at all. she looks really good in her clothes and I am worried that this is why everyone is wanting to be like 100 lbs. If you are not 100 lbs then you are considered fat! Am I right?

because people go by BMI. (body mass index) body mass index is not accurate! heck the calculators even SAY their not accurate. There only good for sedentary (non active people) with a medium frame. The do not take in acount for muscles and frame size. Personally I don't think that is fat, I think that people should stop going by weight and instead take a good look in the mirror. If they look fine (like your friend) then great. If they look overweight, then they just need to make some lifestyle changes!

No, men want their women with a little meat to hold onto not the biology skeleton in science class. Your weight would be determined by u and your friends genetic makeup. Like age, metabolism, diet etc. We never can look at ourselves the way others can. I don't think your fat, next time u go to the doc ask what percentage of your weight is body fat and that will be how u can find out if u need to lose. If any!

You look completely healthful! You play basketball and song, so that's purely each and every of the muscle including weight! each and every now and then the BMI can get perplexed, it rather is in comparison to they ask you to weigh your physique fat volume VS your muscle! Muscle weighs greater suitable than fat too, so as that's why you're 140lbs of MUSCLE! do no longer hassle, you're no longer fat, you do no longer look fat, you're workout and staying healthful try this's purely a flaw! shop up the sturdy behavior, and remember to consume healthful!

no, over 100# is not considered fat. from the info you gave, i would also say your friend is a bit overweight but i cant see her. in general, a 5'5" woman should weigh somewhere around 125. however, is she is large boned and/or very muscular/athletic she may weigh more. why post these "am i fat" questions if you dont want the answers. honestly, if she looks good then she looks good and just leave it at that

According to the BMI, 150 is overweight for someone 5'5". (I'm 5'5") I am bigger boned and didn't think I looked horrible when I WAS 150. I wore a 10/12 and was comfortable with that... now if I only could get back down to that...

She's fat. Short and fat. If she was an inch taller she'd be round. You fat people need to quit saying you have bigger bones than the rest of us and start exercising and eating right.
