The hated Kafir/Unbeliever/Infidel (insert any other dehumanizing Islamic term) will burn in hell for all eternity anyway, so why does Allah endorse a "horrible murdering" as opposed to just a normal murder? The moment the hated Kafir is murdered by the self righteous Muslim, he will burn for all eternity anyway....
Dont you think a horrible murdering is a little excessive considering eternal hellfire roasting will follow or is all out pure savagery at the heart of Allah?

Because these are not the words of God, these are words of some idiot human being who has convinced others to follow a book which is absurd. God/Allah is the greatest, He treats everybody as EQUAL.

First of all it is not for any normal person on the street to decide to go around and killing people for whatever crime they might have committed. It would be the job of the governing Muslim body to decide what punishment would be applicable if a crime was committed.
Second, sometimes penalties are set in this life for people who commit certain acts even in non-Islamic laws. Many states have the death penalty where they will either gas somebody or electricute them.

Because, although because of political correctness you can't say it, the Quran is a violent, misogynist, barbaric piece of literature that lends itself to extremist views. If you take the time to read the Quran it is sickening. I'm not saying all Muslims are sick, but when the book that you are supposed to base your life on is as sick and twisted as this one, we shouldn't be surprised. Actually, one is not allowed to be brutal in warfare. its supposed to be a quick kill and over with it. Muslims are not allowed to mutilate bodies or kill in savage ways.
Funny that you quoted the most sensational translation.
ANYWAY, TO RESPOND..
This verse is in response to certain, specific enemies of the Muslims at the time who were brutal in their methods.
Don't I hear people saying that Usama bin Laden should be killed without mercy? Or Zarqawi?? Or I'm sorry, is he softly taken to a cushiony cell where he is kept with cable tv and chips and soda. NO WAY. The guys will be killed without mercy and rightfully so for the crimes they committed.
