i really like the guy in my year at college, i've known him for 4 years and we get on really well. recently i've started to like him more than a friend. i think he maybe interested but i'm not completely sure and want some opinions.
he is quite shy but very open around me
we stand, sit, etc in the same positions
he does hold my eye contract longer than other people's
i've caught him looking at me, i looked at him and he looked away quickly then looked back
he doesn't seem to want to leave when we have nothing particual to do at college, he seems to just want to stay and talk to me for hours at a time
when we are sitting at a table he puts he's feet right next to mine
but he is really shy though and if he does like me in the same way how do i approach this??

Why not ask him out ? maybe to see a film or something, it is OK for the girl to make the first move, it sounds like he will be pleased because he already enjoys your company. He may be afraid he will get rejected and spoil your friendship if he asks you, go on, go for it , good luck !!!!!!!!

He is thinking that you are gorgeous and wants to get naked with you at some point. The body language the, the feeling of contentment etc being in each others company says it all. you know each other as friends and that is a good basis for anything. HE likes you big time. Take it to the next step if you feel the same way. Ask him to go out somewhere with you on a date, hold his hand and let him make up his own mind as to what this might mean.

it really does sound like there is more that just friendship in the air between the two of you. As for how to approch it that is something that is hard to answer. the straight foward approach would be the most direct way to go about it if all else fails just wait for the right moment and kiss him, just a peck and see what happens. it might be enough to get him to move in the same direction if not it was a friendly gesture and you can still remain friends

he likes you alot but is too shy to say it. You've known him for years but have only just started to like him in a different way. This is probably why he hasn't made a move before as he thinks you only like him as a friend. To take this further you will have to take the lead and tell him. Go somewhere quiet, away from your usual crowd and gently tell him your feelings. Dont do it when, you're drunk either or it could all go wrong.....Good luck!

He sounds like a immature type to me. Also, he might be playing games with you. Just let him make the first move, if he is that shy, then it is for a reason. I think he knows that you like him, and he could be gay and just playing around with you. If he does not come forward, you would not want that type of sissy anyway. Go get a real man.

just talk to him and ask him out for something like a movie or a sports thing for school. you'll never know until you ask him. plus you don't want to leave college thinking that the one may have gotten away do you? then you'll always wonder what would have happened. who knpws it could be the start of a long relationship

Show your attention to him, even be brave enough to ask him if would like to come with you to the cinema one evening as a friend, he will get his confidence up soon after that.
