Neither, the language that is spoken in heaven is not flawed like Hebrew and Latin, or any language spoken on earth at this time. The language that is Spoken in heaven is the same language that Adam and Eve spoke, in fact the language was spoken by everyone until the Tower of Babylon. The language as us humans call it is the Adamic language. It's pure in thought, written and spoken. In the Millinium the Language shall return and we shall speak our native tongue once again.

King of the Jews was written in 3 languages on the cross.

But, I think the true language would be all combined languages without the corruption in it. Like before the tower of babel fell. The people & their languages divided. Also earthquakes & lands divided. Also, peoples life years were shortened. People lived less than 200 years from then on.

hebrew is the language of the bible, and according to ancient literature and kabbalah, hebrew is the language used when G-d spoke the world into existence.

latin is not a holy language. if anything, the alternate language to hebrew would be aramaic or greek, but not latin.

I have a feeling it is telepathy. I have a feeling we are so harmonious in heaven, there is no need to speak. We are home, and have no need for conversation, we all are at peace & agree. So my answer would be a universal language.
But great question!:o]

There is no heaven. But if you go by all the con-men televangelists that make money by promising heaven to their contributors, the language must be SendMeMoney-ese.

Neither. It will be the Adamic language, that which was spoken by Adam and Eve before they were expelled from the Garden of Eden.
